Trash and Recycling

Many of the Villas Unit owners and residents seem confused as to when our trash pickup and recycling are. The UOA (Unit Owners Association) trash pickup and recycling are currently on their normal rotation. The Belmont Bay Homeowners Association has changed its trash collection schedule; however, this does not impact the Villas of Belmont Bay. Currently, Trash is picked up on Monday and Thursday, with recycling on Thursday.
