Roof Replacement
As discussed during the annual meeting on 04/29/2021, FSR was able to work with the board and Green Oak Exteriors to file an insurance claim in order to get each roof replaced due to damages caused from the April 2020 Wind and Hail Storms. This project is expected to take 8-10 weeks to complete.
Each unit will have a new roof installed starting May 17th. Green Oak Exteriors will start on Gullane and move counter clockwise throughout the community ending on northwest side Greendale.
Green Oak Exteriors will be providing paper notices 48 hours prior to starting the roof installation on the door of each unit/building. FSR will also be emailing residents individually 48 hours in advance with the same info noted on the door notice.
When you receive the notice, please refrain from parking in your driveway during the work hours noted above.
Green Oak Exteriors will be onsite Monday through Saturday (weather permitting) from 7:30am to 8:00am to setup (no machines will be ran during this time), after setup work will take place from 8:00am to 6:45pm.
No work will take place on Sundays.
