Roof Replacement

As discussed during the annual meeting on 04/29/2021, FSR worked with the board and Green Oak Exteriors to file an insurance claim to replace each roof due to damage caused by the April 2020 Wind and Hail Storms. This project is expected to take 8-10 weeks to complete.

Each unit will have a new roof installed starting May 17th. Green Oak Exteriors will start on Gullane and move counterclockwise throughout the community, ending on the northwest side of Greendale.

Green Oak Exteriors will provide paper notices 48 hours before starting roof installation at the door of each unit/building. FSR will also email residents individually 48 hours in advance with the same information noted on the door notice.

When you receive the notice, please refrain from parking in your driveway during the work hours noted above.

Green Oak Exteriors will be on-site Monday through Saturday (weather permitting) from 7:30 am to 8:00 am to set up (no machines will be run during this time), after setup, work will take place from 8:00 am to 6:45 pm.

No work will take place on Sundays.
