I’m new to the community. How do I get information?

Well, you're at a great spot. This site has been designed to be an access gateway for everything The Villas related, from paying you assessments, to reporting issues, getting general information, communicating with your neighbors, and much more. So be sure to browse around.

What if I notice something that needs attention?

Log into First Services Residential portal, from there select the request service box, and your request will be routed to the correct party, whether it is a board member, committee member, management partner, or everyone, your request is sure to be addressed.

What are the parking rules?

Everyone is supplied with one parking permit for street parking. This is enforced 24 hours a day. If your pass is lost or stolen, please log in to the My Home Button for the First Services Residential portal. You will find instructions for replacing your pass and more rules and regulations regarding parking in our community. Here are the Parking By-Laws for you to see the requirements.

What happened to the Golf Villas?

When the Belmont Bay Golf Villas were originally developed, a golf course surrounded the community; unfortunately, the owners decided to close it. Now they provide it as an open green space to the Greater Belmont Bay HOA. The board has updated our community’s name to “The Villas @ Belmont Bay” to reflect this change in the golf course status.
